Apps

I write progressive web apps that make my life easier.

Cursor Editor

Cursor Novel Editor is an app for long-form writing. I wrote it because I needed something like Scrivener on a Chromebook. You can store drafts and notes in it. It works offline and connects to Dropbox for cross-device syncing.

Web Notes

Web Notes is an app for jotting down quick notes. It supports a number of PWA web APIs:

  • Web Share Target (So you can send notes to Web Notes from any app on supported OSes. There’s a handy bookmarklet for unsupported OSes)
  • Light/dark modes
  • PWA install, LocalStorage for offline functionality.
  • Window controls

Web Notes is probably my favorite app.

ClipBack

Clipback is a clipboard manager for plain text. It’s a little redundant these days now that basically every operating system has one built in, but this one obviously works cross-platform. There’s a super-secret Electron version that you’d have to ask me for.

Adbuddy

Adbuddy is a work in progress. It’s my attempt at making sense of cost-per-click advertising when it comes to selling ebooks on Amazon and Barnes & Noble, et al, where you can’t track conversions.
